We manage the entire process with intentionality, executing every detail with care and coordinating the many moving parts of collaborating with trades, monitoring schedules and budgets, maintaining quality, and communicating with transparency.

Our spec homes are thoughtfully designed with both intention and expertise, blending elevated design with everyday livability. Each home is carefully planned by our sister brand, Kayla Haven Interiors, and brought to life by our skilled network of trades. While every detail is considered from the start, we also offer an opportunity to tailor final selections after purchase, allowing each home to feel personal, distinctive, and truly like yours.

We specialize in entirely custom homes, only taking on 1-3 each year. We also build luxury spec homes and offer renovation services.
The process begins with a discovery call or free consultation, scheduled after a completed questionnaire to ensure the project aligns with our expertise and approach. Once we confirm that goals are aligned, we meet—either virtually or in person—to discuss the project scope, outline our process, and cover key considerations such as budget, land, and location. From there, we move into the planning and selection phase, where we explore finishes, materials, and design details. This allows us to create a clear vision and accurate estimates before sending the project out to bid, setting the stage for a smooth, well-informed construction process.
We’re with you every step of the way. Whether you arrive with your own plans and want guidance on style, finishes, and design, or are starting from scratch—collecting inspiration and designing your dream home together—we tailor our process to meet you where you are and bring your vision to life.
Every home is different based on the scope, size, and finishes, but we recommend planning for at least $310/SF* for the build, excluding land.
*including contractor/designer fees.Yes. We carry a real estate license and are able to assist in searching and purchasing your perfect piece of land for your property.
No. We work closely with a draftsperson or architect to design the plans comprehensively with the designer. That being said, if you already have plans from an architect, we are happy to still build your home with those plans.
We recommend starting early. At a minimum, at least a year before you are hoping to move in. Permitting and variances can take many months. We only do a few homes a year so initiating a consult earlier is better! Signing our design agreement holds your spot in our queue, even if you don't plan to start design or construction for a year or more.
We take care of everything! This includes the permits, construction, hiring trades, ordering materials, landscaping, etc. We cover it all so you don't have to. We don't have to stop there either. Our sister company Kayla Haven Interiors can bring you to the finish line with custom furnishings and decor so your new home is turn key. All of these services, including design, are included in your estimate for transparency and ease.
